Meet Empathy321

Adrian Forsythe is founder of Empathy321, which supports development of self-advocacy skills and empowerment, and promotes full community inclusion for people with Down syndrome. Empathy321 helps all people with Down syndrome find their inner advocate through speaking engagements, guided workshops, and interactive exercises

 

Adrian believes empathy is key to increasing understanding and acceptance for all people and he shares this perspective widely. He has extensive experience advocating at the grassroots, state, and national levels for all people with disabilities. He is an inspiring public speaker, an experienced actor, and the second ever registered lobbyist with Down syndrome. Adrian graduated from the George Mason University LIFE Program with concentrations in theater and communications.
